Privacy Policy

The Santa Fe Council on International Relations is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our members.  We maintain for internal membership use information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, membership level, and member background and activities.  We will not sell, share, or trade any of your information any third party including other non-profit organizations.  We may publish certain information on member activities, membership levels, and donations in our newsletter, The CIRcular, unless you specifically ask that this information not be published.

Our website has security measures in place to protect against the misuse or alteration of the information under our control.  You provide credit card information used to purchase tickets and memberships to Authorize.net; the information is not given to the Santa Fe Council on International Relations.  Please refer to the Authorize.net’s privacy policy.

Refund Policy

Membership enrollment sales are final upon completion of the transaction. There is no refund available for any portion of a current enrollment.

For tickets or registrations for specific events, there are no refunds unless a cancellation request is received at least three business days before the event.  The CIR office will issue a check for any refund.
