Privacy Policy
The Santa Fe Council on International Relations (CIR) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our members. We maintain for internal membership use information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, membership level and member background and activities. We will not sell, share or trade any of your information any third party including other non-profit organizations. We sometimes publish information on member activities, membership levels and donations in our newsletter, The CIRcular, unless you specifically ask that this information not be published.
Our website has security measures in place to protect against the misuse or alteration of the information under our control. Your credit card information provided when purchasing tickets and memberships uses a secure website capability (https). We do not retain credit card information. We use Authorize.net and sometimes PayPal, secure services, for the processing the credit card transaction.
This website sometimes contains links to other sites. Please note that when you click on these links, you are leaving our website and we are not responsible for the content of the sites or their individual privacy policies.

Refund Policy
Membership enrollment sales are final upon completion of the transaction. There is no refund available for any portion of a current enrollment.
For tickets or registrations for specific events, there are no refunds unless a cancellation request is received at least three business days before the event. The CIR office staff usually issues a check for any refund, but could, at their option, credit the transaction back to your credit card account.
