The Gordan Winkler Memorial Fund was created in 2007 in memory of Gordan Winkler, former CIR Board Member and President, who passed away in December 2006.  Donations to this fund are segregated from CIR operating funds and the monies and interest earned are used to support specific opportunities to enrich international educational experiences of students in Santa Fe area schools.
