‘Money makes the world go around’ and there are few as well qualified as Gary Hufbauer to explain the forces shaping the distribution of global capital.  A Former Professor of International Finance at Georgetown University, he will provide insight into the current situation and the dynamics of investment flows that feed future global growth.  Economic nationalism, trade imbalances, and the prospects for the US in the global marketplace will be considered.  A major focus will be the role of natural resource and environmental constraints on the global economy.
