The Special Event will be preceeded at 5 p.m to 6 p.m. by a Champagne Tribute to our Top Ten Volunteers.  CIR members and their guests, $15 per person.

The highlight of the evening will be a talk by CIR’s and Santa Fe’s favorite columnist and prognosticator, Bill Stewart, in which he discusses What Just Happened (with the election outcome) and What May Happen (with foreign policy in 2009).
